I skipped last week’s weigh-in because I was sick & in bed for daaays, but I’m not going to let another one slip by!
This past week has been sick city over here – I’ve had the nastiest stomach bug that I wouldn’t wish on ANYONE, maybe the worst I’ve ever had! On a brighter side, I’m fairly certain it’s helped me get under 255, so I’ll count it as a slight win, haha!
I’m hoping for a week of good health, good food choices, & good exercise routines! After the struggle of these past couple days, seeing this number was a real encouragement. 🙂
