256.2 | Working Hard for Onederland

It was a baaaaad week apparently! BAH!

The week before last, I had a killer weight loss week – mostly due to how sick I was, I’m pretty sure. I lost four pounds, which is a lot for me at one time! Unfortunately, I found two of those pounds this past week!!

Although I went to the gym on all of my scheduled days, walked a lot on my non-gym days, & watched what I ate, I had Chick-fil-A twice & nachos at Hunt Club Farm that packed those two pounds on right before weigh-in. Bleh.

It’s kind of discouraging & embarrassing, & I definitely feel like I’m moving at a snail’s pace, but I’m not giving up! If anything, this past week has shown me how much of a difference eating fast food makes. Both my weight & my wallet like it better when I just stay home. 😉

My goal for this week is to try to make it seven days without bread – I’ll let you know how it goes!
