Session Spotlight!

Two weeks ago, I ran a special for police week that was different than anything I’d ever done. Along with offering a discount on sessions, I partnered with two other creatives to provide a special police-related gift bag to everyone who took advantage of the special, as an added way to say “thank you” for all that they do for our community!

During that week, I decided that I wanted to offer Session Spotlights to a few different industries who put their lives on the line for us, who work tirelessly for us, & who often are overlooked & underpaid.

Police Week 2018 | Portrait Session Special

Police Week started yesterday. If you’re not familiar with what this week stands for,  it’s a time to honor the fallen & remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. I’m so glad this week exists, & I think it’s so important to always keep the memories of these selfless, heroic officers alive!

Samantha & Andrew | Oceanfront Wedding

Samantha & Andrew’s wedding day was PERFECT! The day started with the guys getting ready at a hotel a few blocks down, & the girls getting ready at a hotel right across from the venue. This made it so easy to grab some detail shots over at The Attic at Waterman’s before running back over for more pictures!

Hi, friends! 🙂

I am always so so grateful to each person who has allowed me to capture their family’s memories! I’ve had the honor of meeting & working with so many people, documenting parts of their story, & I don’t ever take that for granted!

2017 Police Kids Portrait Story

Ahh, I am so happy to finally share this with you! The Police Kids Portrait Story is something we started back in 2016 when my friend, Rebekah, came up with the idea to show the world that our officers are so much more than just cops. Rebekah’s late husband, Brian, was killed in the line […]

Bobby & Rebekah | Harley’s Haven | Windsor, VA Wedding

There is so much I loved about this day! From the moment we arrived to Harley’s Haven, everyone was so welcoming & kind. Bobby was helping set up the barn, & Bekah was upstairs with her girls getting ready.

New York City! | An NYC Recap

Last week at this time, I was on the way home from New York City with my daddy! We had gone up to New Jersey for a banquet where my dad was given an award for his journalism in a magazine, & he surprised me by taking me into the City on Tuesday! He had texted me the week before saying “Don’t forget our trip to NJ next week!” followed by “Pack warm… we’re going to NYC Tuesday!!!” which of cooouuurse I couldn’t be more excited about!
